Bob Bennion, Founder and Principal of Bennion + Company, is one of the nation’s foremost leaders in luxury real estate, consistently ranking among the top 1% nationwide. Bob Bennion co-founded Bennion Deville Homes in 2001, building it into one of Southern California’s most respected luxury brokerages. Later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, aligning the company with Warren Buffett’s global real estate network.

In 2016, Bob Bennion co-founded Avenue Properties alongside five partners. Within two years, Avenue was named by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Largest Real Estate Companies in the Northwest. In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate, where Bob Bennion continues to set the standard for luxury marketing and client representation.

Bob specializes in the sale and positioning of some of the region’s most significant properties, working closely with a global network of high-net-worth clientele. Our Madison office is located at 2911 E. Madison Street in the Madisonian building. Formerly an interior design showroom, we did a complete renovation to the space before calling it home. The Madison Valley office is adjacent to local favorite Café Flora.
